How to reset a user's password in Cloud Server or Virtual Drive – Cloud Advisors

Select the user you want to change their password. I'll select Pete Sperling in this example.

Click on "Reset Password"

Make sure to check the box to "Let system generate password" Then click on submit. The user will receive an email with their new password. They will need to login to the Web Browser to change their password. The native client in Windows and on Mac does not let you change the password. It has to be done at cloudserver.cirrusec2.com.
