First make sure you can see hidden folders, by enabling hidden folders in Windows explorer
Next, log the user out of the Windows client
Then open up Windows Explorer and go to Go to C:\Users\<your windows user>\AppData\Local\gteamclient\<your windows client login email>\. Here, rename the folder 'FileSysDB'. After that, start the client, log back in and check if all the files are present now.
